Le fibre artificiali sono prodotte da materie prime rinnovabili, assimilabili a quelle naturali, mentre le fibre sintetiche derivano da polimeri ottenuti attraverso sintesi chimiche. Gli impianti produttivi, di grandi dimensioni, operano in modo continuo e integrano verticalmente i processi, utilizzando tecnologie tradizionali di polimerizzazione e metodi avanzati per trasformare il polimero in fibra, che pu\u00f2 presentarsi sia sotto forma di fiocco sia di filo continuo.<\/p>\n<p>Le pompe centrifughe impiegate nei processi di produzione delle fibre includono i modelli <a href=\"\/?page_id=1232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UTS<\/a> e <a href=\"\/?page_id=1243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ETS<\/a>, entrambe in acciaio e note per la loro elevata resistenza. La UTS \u00e8 una <strong>pompa centrifuga monostadio<\/strong> ad alta efficienza, disponibile sia in versione monoblocco (UTS-B) che ad asse nudo (UTS). Queste pompe a trascinamento magnetico, realizzate in acciaio inox AISI 316, sono progettate per funzionare ininterrottamente (H24). Nella produzione di fibre sintetiche, la UTS \u00e8 ampiamente utilizzata nei processi di termoregolazione. I magneti possono essere in Neodimio Ferro Boro o Samario Cobalto, a seconda della temperatura del liquido da pompare. Il bicchiere in Hastelloy-C 276 offre eccellente resistenza alla corrosione e minimizza la dispersione termica causata dalle correnti parassite. La versione UTS ad asse nudo \u00e8 installata su basamento, con giunto e coprigiunto per accoppiamento con motori in forma B3. Questa pompa \u00e8 in grado di movimentare fluidi con un ampio intervallo di temperatura, da -100\u00b0C a +300\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>La ETS \u00e8 un\u2019altra <strong>pompa centrifuga a trascinamento magnetico<\/strong>, anch&#8217;essa costruita in acciaio AISI 316 microfuso, noto per la sua alta resistenza alla corrosione. Il bicchiere di contenimento in Hastelloy-C 276 riduce le perdite dovute alle correnti parassite (Eddy Current). Disponibile in esecuzione monoblocco, la ETS \u00e8 idonea per motori in forma B5 ed \u00e8 ideale per tutte le applicazioni che richiedono l&#8217;uso di pompe in acciaio per motivi di compatibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, la <a href=\"\/?page_id=1227\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XTS<\/a> \u00e8 una pompa centrifuga in metallo a trascinamento magnetico, progettata specificamente per il pompaggio di liquidi contenenti solidi in sospensione.
