Questi sistemi si sono rivelati pressoch\u00e9 <strong>indispensabili nell\u2019ambito delle attivit\u00e0 industriali<\/strong> che producono inquinanti aerodispersi in grandi quantit\u00e0. Lo scrubber \u00e8 un&#8217;apparecchiatura che consente di abbattere la concentrazione di sostanze presenti all\u2019interno di una corrente gassosa, come polveri e microinquinanti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Queste tipo di apparecchiature sono installate nei sistemi di depurazione fumi e trattamento aria di molteplici tipologie di impianti. Per tale applicazione CDR Pompe propone le pompe <a href=\"\/?page_id=916\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CCL<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=1114\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ETN<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=1096\">STN<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=1144\">XTN<\/a>. La CCL \u00e8 la pompa centrifuga a tenuta meccanica indicata per questo tipo di trattamenti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pu\u00f2 montare diversi tipi di tenuta ed \u00e8 adatta ad applicazioni industriali che richiedono una pompa rivestita in polipropilene. La camicia d\u2019albero ha un\u2019anima in acciaio inox rivestita in polipropilene, pertanto in caso di rottura della tenuta meccanica pu\u00f2 essere sostituita solo la camicia mantenendo la girante riducendo i costi di manutenzione. I costi sono stati ridotti sostituendo alcuni componenti lined con componenti da pieno. Queste pompe possono movimentare fluidi sporchi con presenza di piccoli solidi. Per il trattamento aria possono essere utilizzate anche pompe a trascinamento magnetico come STN ed ETN che hanno il vantaggio di avere prezzi pi\u00f9 contenuti.
