Tra i processi tipici di questo settore figurano la sintesi di acido nitrico, acido solforico, metanolo, urea e stirene, cos\u00ec come la produzione di molecole aromatiche (come benzene, toluene e xileni), nitrili e idrocarburi alogenati. Queste sostanze fungono poi da materie prime per la sintesi di altre molecole complesse.<\/p>\n<p>Le pompe centrifughe comunemente utilizzate nell&#8217;industria petrolchimica includono i modelli <a href=\"\/?page_id=1049\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCL<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=916\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CCL<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=1232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UTS<\/a> e <a href=\"\/?page_id=1125\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UTN-BL<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>pompe UTS<\/strong>, monostadio a trascinamento magnetico, sono progettate per offrire alta efficienza in esecuzione monoblocco con asse nudo. Realizzate in acciaio inox AISI 316, queste pompe sono dotate di supporto cuscinetti a bagno d&#8217;olio, ideale per applicazioni in continuo H24. L&#8217;acciaio AISI 316 garantisce piena compatibilit\u00e0 con la maggior parte dei prodotti petrolchimici.<\/p>\n<p>Nel caso in cui l&#8217;acciaio AISI 316 non sia compatibile con il fluido trattato, la scelta pu\u00f2 ricadere sulla pompa UTN, disponibile con rivestimenti in PFA, PVDF o Polipropilene. Il design semplice della UTN, con un numero ridotto di componenti, rende la manutenzione estremamente agevole. Grazie al rivestimento in fluoroplastico, questa pompa \u00e8 particolarmente resistente e adatta per applicazioni in ambienti aggressivi. La <strong>versione UTN-BL<\/strong>, monoblocco a trascinamento magnetico, \u00e8 specificamente progettata per il trattamento di liquidi corrosivi dove \u00e8 richiesta una sicurezza elevata, offrendo una grande affidabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>UCL \u00e8 una pompa centrifuga<\/strong> rivestita a tenuta meccanica, disponibile anch&#8217;essa con rivestimenti in PFA, PVDF o Polipropilene. Questo modello \u00e8 ideale per la movimentazione di liquidi corrosivi e pericolosi, grazie a un rivestimento di 4-5 mm di spessore su tutte le parti a contatto con il liquido di processo. La UCL offre la possibilit\u00e0 di installare tenute meccaniche singole o doppie ed \u00e8 caratterizzata da un design modulare, con un albero in acciaio inox rivestito in PFA tramite il processo di
