A new magnetic drive pump arriving in 2025

New DTN range pump

The new lined magnetic drive pump is about to become a reality. With the introduction of our new gamma DTN, we at CDR Pompe We are once again preparing to revolutionize the process pump market.

This new product was developed after years of hard work, and involved all departments of our company, from the Technical Office, to Research and Development, to the Office

Quality. The result is remarkable: a pump custom-designed for the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, in which CDR is already a leader, along with the industrial sector.

The new magnetic drive pump from the DTN range will replace, in the coming years, what has been our pride, the UTN pump series.

The DTN series magnetic drive pump

Our highest standards have set us an important goal: to once again perfect the process pump industry with a product of the highest quality, long life, and excellent performance.

Currently, the DTN range is officially available in version ETFE. But we're not stopping here, and during 2025, versions will also be released PP e Please find attached. We would also like to emphasize that the DTN range of CDRs, along with all other lined pumps, are produced using the Transfer Molding process.

The new DTN range: a few more details

With this new series of pumps, we aim to assert ourselves once again in both the Italian and international markets, reaffirming our position as leaders and pioneers in fluid technology.

The magnetic drive pump gamma DTN, in all its versions, guarantees unmatched hydraulic efficiency on the market, with a closed impeller, a hollowed shaft to reduce axial thrust, and significantly improved performance in terms of flow rate, prevalence and energy consumption.

A significant advantage of this new line is the new execution with a dynamic shaft. This configuration not only ensures greater pump reliability but also reduces axial thrust across the entire performance curve.

The DTN range is composed of two different versions, with slightly different parameters:

  • The version DTN ISO It is designed and certified to operate with a fluid temperature range of -20°C to +120°C, with a maximum head of 115m and a maximum flow rate of 115m³/h.
  • The version DTN ASME it is designed and certified to operate within a fluid temperature range of -30°C to +120°C, with a maximum head of 105m and a maximum flow rate of 108m³/h.

Similar parameters not only ensure efficient and fast work, but also absolute resistance and safety for the environments and workers.

These pumps, specifically designed for the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, have a wide and varied range of applications, ranging from basic chemicals to fine chemicals, from petrochemical processes to the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients, and even to Air treatment in industrial environments.

All our products, including the DTN range magnetic drive pumps, are certified ATEX 100 according to the directive 2014/34/EU.

CDR Pompe and Sustainability of the DTN Line

Our company is taking important steps towards a more sustainable and green industry. We are investing heavily to foster a circular economy that avoids waste, and to pursue this goal, we recently organized the event CDR Dynamics, organized by the management of CDR Pompe in the presence of the entire Board of Directors.

We are also certified on the portal EcoVadis. Since 2007, this organization has provided corporate sustainability assessments that are considered reliable worldwide. With our new DTN series magnetic drive pump, we therefore couldn't help but follow this path that is so important to us.

magnetic drive pumpIn the design phase, in fact, our efforts also focused on the theme of energy saving. With significant investments in terms of resources, commitment, and know-how, we have finally succeeded in creating a pump with extremely low consumption, without sacrificing safety and effectiveness. On the contrary, the new Centrifugal pumps of the DTN series have a significantly higher yield compared to the models that preceded them.

With over 70 years of experience in fluid technology, CDR Pompe It is the ideal partner for companies in the management of corrosive liquids.

We operate in more than 50 countries around the world, and thanks to our hard work, our passion, and our commitment to staying up to date on the latest technological advancements, we remain leaders in Italy and internationally in the industrial, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
