Purpose and results:
The training program aims to develop participants' ability to collaborate consciously, responsibly, and constructively within work teams, recognizing roles, relationship dynamics, and typical critical issues in organizational contexts.
The course allows you to acquire operational tools for:
- actively contribute to the functioning of the working group;
- communicate effectively and consistently within the organizational context;
- manage professional relationships and any critical issues constructively;
- participate in decision-making and collaborative processes while respecting shared roles, rules, and goals.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- collaborate effectively within structured teams;
- Use basic communication, listening, and negotiation techniques;
- Recognize group dynamics, roles, and organizational behaviors.;
- manage operational tensions and conflicts through constructive methods;
- Contribute to the collaborative climate and the achievement of common goals.
