Application Sector

The resin and adhesive manufacturing industry provides Synthetic resins, adhesives, and synthetic rubbers, which find use in a wide range of sectors, from construction to automotive, to the production of foundry patterns. The pumps used in this sector include models UTS, XTN, XTS e ETN EVO.

The UTS pump is a High-efficiency single-stage centrifuge, available in a single-block and bare-shaft configuration. Made of AISI 316 stainless steel, it features oil-bath bearing supports, ideal for continuous 24/7 operation. Magnets can be Neodymium Iron Boron or Samarium Cobalt, depending on the temperature of the pumped liquid. The Hastelloy-C 276 casing offers excellent corrosion resistance and minimizes thermal dispersion due to eddy current buildup. The UTS is particularly effective in processes requiring a heated jacket, such as in the treatment of phthalic anhydride, which must be maintained above 140°C.

XTS is a new magnetic drive metal pump, Designed for pumping liquids containing suspended solids. A significant advantage of the XTS is its zero emissions, even when circulating liquids with suspended solid particles. The XTN, on the other hand, is a PFA-lined magnetic drive centrifugal pump specifically designed for pumping liquids containing suspended solids.

The ETN EVO is a Magnetic drive centrifugal pump, available with PP or Teflon coatings, thus offering a versatile solution for various pumping needs in the resin and adhesive industry.
