Detergents are widely used products in both household and industrial settings, used to clean all types of surfaces. These chemical compounds include a variety of ingredients, such as surfactants, bleaching agents (sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide), enzymes, solvents (ethanol, isopropanol, and ammonia), as well as other components such as fragrances and dyes.

The CDR centrifugal pumps designed for processes related to the production of detergents include the models Polypropylene CCL e ETN EVO in polypropylene. The CCL pump is a polypropylene-lined centrifugal pump with a mechanical seal, suitable for handling chemically aggressive fluids.

The ETN EVO is a Magnetic drive centrifugal pump, in which the rotational motion of the crankshaft is transmitted to the impeller via a magnetic coupling. The external magnetic core, connected to the motor, drives the internal magnetic core, connected to the impeller, without direct contact, utilizing the principle of attraction and repulsion of permanent magnets. The containment housing ensures complete isolation from the external environment, guaranteeing safe and leak-free operation.

The ETS it's another magnetic drive centrifugal pump, made with a microcast AISI 316 steel body, known for its high corrosion resistance. It is equipped with a containment cup made of Hastelloy-C 276, designed to reduce losses due to eddy currents. The ETS is available in a monobloc version, compatible with B5 form motors, thus offering a robust and reliable solution for the detergent industry.
